Growing up, I was surrounded by creative friends & family…everything from a fiber-crafting/writer mother, to a photographer/radio personality grandfather, to a local woman with an amazing gift for drawing horses. Consequently, I’ve worked with many forms of creation, and I’m frequently looking for new venues to explore.
In addition to my creative mother, I have a very left brained, analytical sort of father. This helped me develop both halves of my brain, and left me with the crazy combination of being perfectionist/organized & laid-back/creative. Now I combine those 2 sides of me, by finding creative & aesthetic ways of organizing.
By mixing creativity, an organized business, and a balanced lifestyle, we can create the kind of life you want to be living! Cause really, who wants to be a "starving" artist?

Here’s some random facts about me, including some of my geek/nerd credentials!
-I absolutely adore dance movies & musicals.
-I watch Jeopardy religiously, and I’m sad when it’s rerun season.
-French fries make me hiccup. Every. Single. Time. No idea why. Strangely, curly fries don’t seem to have this effect.
-10th Doctor all the way, although the 4th will always hold a special place in my heart, and the 11th is growing on me.
-I pepper my conversation with references to music, TV shows, movies, and books. On purpose. With glee.
-I was home schooled for all grades. It prepared me for a life of researching & learning, that I still enjoy.
-I play video games, card games, phone games, role-playing games…all kinds of games.
-Not only am I a veteran, but I’m married to a veteran. We met in the Air Force while serving at the same base.
-I used to read the dictionary…for fun. I still enjoying learning a new word a day.
-I like both Star Wards and Star Trek, but if I was pressed to pick, Trekkie for life.
-In addition to sci-fi, I love crime/forensic dramas…especially when they have quirky characters like Garcia & Abby.
-I have Pinterest boards dedicated to my nerdy/geeky loves, including quirky humor, and clothes that I would absolutely wear on a daily basis!
